There are laws in every state when you drive. One of them is the Move over Law. This law is enforced in every state and indicates that you should always move over when you are passing a vehicle on the side of the road. If it is just not safe to pass a vehicle on the side of the road, you should slow down by at least 15mph.
Countless people are killed do the highway due to accidents involving vehicles that are traveling by at fast speed. We here at BMW of Salem want to remind you to obey this law when you are driving on the highway. By switching to another lane or slowing down, you will be helping to reduce the number of fatalities on the highway. Remember that the Move Over Law is a law and not just a rule of thumb or merrily a suggestion to follow.
