When traveling this holiday season make sure that you secure any food items that you are traveling with. You do not want to have your food ruined or to have to deal with a big, messy spill in your car. Pack all foods in airtight containers and be sure to pack them in insulated containers as well. You want to keep your cold foods cold and your hot foods hot until you arrive at your destination.
There are many great ways to transport food items such as in insulated containers and special carriers for cakes and cupcakes. Don't forget to properly secure your foods in your car as well. Use your seatbelt to buckle in containers of food or have a passenger hold food items until you arrive.
